Parking is available on the property. Check-in instructions, access codes, and any arrival details will be sent before your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy check-in experience. The neighborhood is golf-cart friendly and designed for relaxed coastal living, just minutes from Port St. Joe dining and shops. The home features a main house plus an in-law suite, providing flexible sleeping arrangements and added privacy for families or multi-generational groups. A golf cart is included for guest convenience and may be used within WindMark only. Drivers must be licensed, follow posted speed limits, and comply with all community and HOA guidelines. The golf cart may not be taken outside the neighborhood. WindMark is a residential community with HOA expectations, including quiet hours and respect for neighbors. Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted. As with most coastal homes, guests may encounter occasional insects or wildlife, especially outdoors. As WindMark Beach continues to grow, there may be construction activity on nearby homes during weekday working hours. Parking is available on the property, and smart lock access details will be provided prior to arrival.
